For warranty or service calls, charges will apply for visits. (Depending on but not limited to distance).
A one year parts warranty will be provided upon installation of the system.
All automatic door system sales are final and the allocated payment will not be refunded.
The installed automatic door system will remain the property of FineTech until the complete payment is made. All installed services and sales made to Finetech Door Automation are FINAL and refunds/exchanges will not be accepted with defective parts which will be replaced under the one year parts warrenty. (Servicing charges upwards of $150.00 +HST may apply)

If a product is deemed defective, you may be provided with a direct exchange* or will be required to fill out an RMA form so that we may send the item to the supplier or manufacturer for warranty service. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty policy, the product may be repaired or replaced. This may take up to 4 to 8 weeks. A copy of the RMA form will be given to you; do not lose this form. FineTech Door Automation reserves the right to refuse release of any and all items left in our possession without the proper RMA form. To receive warranty service on any product from Finetech door automation, the product in question must be brought in with the original invoice and tested by our technicians (for online purchases).
